The State Advisory Council on Hepatitis C was authorized in October 2003 (Chapter 149, Acts of 2003). The Council will review and recommend changes to the Maryland Hepatitis C Prevention and Control Plan of 2002. To implement the Plan, the Council also will seek funding sources.
Authorization for the Council extends through September 30, 2005.
